Is Soaklysoft only for hot tub and pool businesses?
It's built for them — water chemistry, valet routes, wet tests, chemical autoship. If you sell and service spas or pools, it will feel like it was made in your shop, because it was.
Can we bring our data from another system?
Yes. We've migrated customers, products, equipment, stock, and history from Evosus, and we build one-off imports for other systems as part of onboarding.
What do the AI features cost?
Soaklysoft doesn't mark up AI. You connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key and pay the provider directly — meeting transcription and summaries typically cost cents per meeting. Without a key, the AI features simply stay hidden.
Does it support multiple stores?
Yes — unlimited retail locations plus service trucks that act as mobile stores with their own stock, so parts sold off the van are tracked like everything else.
What about payments and accounting?
Connect Stripe for payment links and card readers, and QuickBooks Online for ledger sync with proper COGS journaling using LIFO, FIFO, or average costing.
