A real, fully loaded Soaklysoft instance for the fictional “Splash Valley Pool & Spa” — two stores, a service truck, open work orders, support tickets, a sales pipeline, and a register that rings. Click anything; you can't break it.
What you can do in the demo
Every page is open — including Settings, Employees, and the Import Center — because you should see the whole product, not a trimmed-down version of it. A short list of things is switched off, purely so one visitor can't break the sandbox for the next one.
Go ahead
- Ring up a sale, take a payment, close the register
- Open and complete work orders, build a technician's route
- Move deals through the pipeline and message a customer
- Adjust stock, raise a purchase order, run a physical count
- Answer a support ticket and search the knowledge base
- Run every report, including profit, margin, and payroll
Switched off
- Adding, removing, or editing employees and their access
- Entering API keys or connecting third-party accounts
- Importing data or connecting a system to import from
- Editing stores, business settings, or the shared password
- Installing software updates on the demo server
You can still open all of those screens and look around — the save button is what's disabled.
Before you go in — the ground rules
It's a shared sandbox.
Everyone trying the demo works in the same company at the same time. Anything you type — names, notes, messages — is visible to other visitors.
Don't enter real information.
No real names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, or anything confidential. Use made-up data only.
Everything resets automatically.
The demo wipes back to its starting data twice a day. Nothing you do is kept, and you may be signed out when a reset happens.
Evaluation only.
The demo is for checking out Soaklysoft — not for storing data or running a business. Payments, email, and texting are disabled, so nothing you do can reach a real person.
